Masana Mhinga is a Senior Risk Consultant at Marsh, with experience spanning various roles in engineering and consultancy. Prior to Marsh, Masana worked as a Research Engineer at Mpact Limited and as a Junior Associate at Boston Consulting Group. At the University of Cape Town, Masana served as a Senior Teaching Assistant and was involved as a Postgraduate Student in the Chemical Engineering program. Leadership roles include Chairperson of Engineers Without Borders UCT, overseeing engineering student initiatives, and Treasurer in the same organization, managing administrative responsibilities. Masana's early exposure to the industry included a vacation work position at Sasol, focusing on data recording and technical analysis. Masana holds a Master’s degree and a BSc Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
