Emma Vernon serves as the President of the Insurance Institute of Leeds since March 2024 and has been with Marsh Commercial since September 2014, holding roles such as Client Advisory Leader and Commercial Account Manager. Emma's expertise includes managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients' insurances and developing new business opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as a Complaints Handler at Capita, where Emma assessed complaints related to mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance, and a mentoring position at the University of Sheffield, supporting students with higher education aspirations. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Sheffield, completed in 2013.
