Zach Dinkel, CSP, has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles, currently serving as an HSE Specialist at Mars since June 2014, where responsibilities include pilot plant maintenance, capital project management, and quality and food safety leadership. Previously, Zach worked as a Safety Coordinator at Dart Container from February 2012 to May 2014, conducting safety training for a large workforce and developing safety policies. Prior experience includes roles as a Safety Engineer at M. Davis & Sons, an EHS Intern at Turkey Hill Dairy/Kroger, and seasonal employment at Armstrong World Industries. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
