Shubham Mehrish is an experienced leader in the fields of e-commerce, digital transformation, and analytics, currently serving as the SVP e-Commerce and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Mars Pet Nutrition since September 2018. With a strong background in data engineering, artificial intelligence, and digital demand, Shubham has collaborated with segment leadership to advance digital initiatives across Mars. Prior roles include global vice president responsibilities and senior director of analytics at Metyis, as well as executive vice president at Antuit, where Shubham led global teams focused on customer and channel analytics. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Fractal Analytics, Infosys— where Shubham managed strategy and sales teams in various markets—and Bank of America, specializing in portfolio management. Shubham holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electronics and Electronic Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
