Pawel Chmielinski is an experienced professional with a background in project management and business planning. Currently serving as European Project Manager at Mars since August 2023, Pawel previously held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from October 2015 to August 2023, including Business Planning Leader and Initiative Operations Planning Leader, where responsibilities involved leading teams to ensure supply chain readiness and continuous process improvements. Additionally, Pawel has held positions as Artwork Team Leader, Initiative Operations Leader, and Artwork Planner, focusing on team management, gap analysis, process enhancements, and project coordination.
