Matt Eckhardt has over seven years of finance and logistics experience, currently serving as an FP&A Manager and Market Finance Manager at Mars, where responsibilities include financial planning and analysis for over $1 billion in annual sales and supporting cross-functional teams to drive growth and cost mitigation for the Temptations & Greenies brands. Previous roles at Mars included Commodity Finance Manager and Inbound Logistics Coordinator, where Matt focused on financial accuracy, forecasting, and inventory management.
