Malcolm Armstrong is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience at Mars Incorporated since January 2000. Currently serving as Global Vice President of People & Organization for both Mars Pet Nutrition and Corporate & Org Transformation, Armstrong acts as a senior human resource business partner to the Mars Executive Leadership team. Previous roles include Vice President of People & Organization for Mars Petcare Europe, where oversight included key markets such as Russia, Germany, France, the UK, and Poland, and the Vice President position at The Nutro Company, focusing on the natural pet food sector. Armstrong started their career at McCain Foods in various operations and supply chain roles and holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from The University of Edinburgh.
