Mackenzie Roche (Lawrence) has extensive experience in engineering and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer for Factory Innovation and previously as a Program Manager in the R&D PMO at Mars, Mackenzie has developed a strong expertise in leading projects and advancing product technology. Additionally, Mackenzie contributed as an EU Product Development Scientist focused on Gum and Mints at Mars Wrigley, and gained foundational skills as a Research and Development Intern at Clasen Quality Coatings.
