Kamilya Moukahal has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Regional RPO & Recruitment Manager for Mars in the EIMESA region since February 2015. Kamilya has held various roles at Mars, including Europe Early Talent & University Manager, and Talent Acquisition Effectiveness Lead FR, overseeing the recruitment of 130 interns and apprentices annually and enhancing the company's digital visibility. Prior to Mars, Kamilya worked at Royal Canin from March 2011 to February 2015 as an HRIS Expert, focusing on global recruitment tools and talent management systems. Kamilya's career began at Danone as an HRIS Key User in 2010. Kamilya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Montpellier and has a strong educational background in business administration and management from the University of Montpellier.
