Helene Pizzolato is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Sr Global HR Business Partner at Mars since June 2014, Helene supports the Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Global Digital Operations, overseeing HR strategies for a global workforce of over 700 associates. Prior to this role, Helene was a Global Human Resources Leader for a short tenure in early 2014. From May 1982 to December 2013, Helene held several HR positions at Grainger, culminating in the role of Sr Director, International Human Resources, where strong strategic and leadership skills were demonstrated. Educational credentials include a substantial associates degree in Liberal Arts from Oakton College and a Human Resources certification from DePaul University.
