Heather Bailey has extensive experience in compensation and rewards management, serving in various senior roles across reputable companies. At Mars, Heather held the positions of Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Senior Manager Executive Compensation, as well as Rewards Manager. Previous experience includes a role as Compensation Manager at PepsiCo and Senior Compensation Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
