Eleanna Psomiadou is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner for the Nordics at Mars since February 2023. Prior to this, Eleanna held various roles at Copenhagen Economics from April 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing recruitment and onboarding strategies and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Eleanna's previous experience also includes talent acquisition expertise at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, managing recruitment cycles for Greece and Cyprus, and positions at Danone and APIVITA, which involved HR administration and support. Academically, Eleanna holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Piraeus.
