Ashmita Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and economic analysis. Currently serving as the DTC Head of Product at Mars since February 2022, Ashmita previously held various senior roles at Amazon from August 2016 to February 2022, including Sr. Product Manager - Tech Lead for EU Exports and Head of Product for Selection and Pricing in EU Expansion in the Netherlands. Earlier career highlights include an MBA Summer Associate position at Prime Art Capital Pte Ltd and an Economic Analyst role at the Asian Development Bank from 2011 to 2014, where significant contributions were made to the India Country Partnership Strategy and various knowledge management initiatives. Ashmita Gupta holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA Hons. in Economics from the University of St Andrews, complemented by an IB Diploma from the British School in New Delhi.
