Kelly Spearing, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kelly currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Mars Veterinary Health, where they lead corporate recruitment efforts and establishes recruitment SOPs and onboarding processes. Kelly has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they were responsible for implementing the national Candidate Experience project and leading the Talent Acquisition Engagement Committee. Furthermore, they have worked as a Senior Recruiter and Regional Recruiter at Willamette Dental Group, as well as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon Professional Staffing. In these roles, they demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and maintaining high candidate retention rates. Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as an Account Manager and Marketing Intern at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, as well as a Senior Sales Lead at Pacific Sunwear.
Kelly Spearing, SHRM-CP, completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management & Leadership Management from Portland State University's School of Business in 2013. In 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM.
