Ignacio Dominguez is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management with a strong background in implementing Workday solutions and overseeing HR systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Solutions (HRIS) at Mars Veterinary Health since July 2020, Ignacio leads Workday solutions delivery and HR systems account management. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Payroll at Banfield Pet Hospital, overseeing Payroll and Travel & Expense functions for 20,000 employees, and Americas Payroll Manager at Autodesk, managing payroll functions across the Americas.
