Darlene Babcock, SPHR, has extensive experience in various HR and training roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Manager at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Darlene assesses leadership development needs and consults with internal customers. Darlene has also worked as a Consultant in Training, Human Resources, and Organizational Development, as well as in roles at GP Strategies Corporation and Marriott International. Darlene holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and a Certificate in Adult Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
