Chabeliz Marrero has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as HR Generalist II in Leave Administration at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chabeliz held positions at Legacy Vacation Resorts as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter Specialist from June 2021 to September 2024, and worked as a Resort Recruiter at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from May 2015 to May 2020. Early in the career, Chabeliz managed staffing for Hyatt Regency Orlando and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress as Area Manager at ACE STAFFING INC from October 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, Chabeliz gained valuable experience as Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springsā„¢ Area from September 2009 to October 2013, overseeing guest service operations. Chabeliz holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
