Victor Arguelles, EdD, currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Westgate Resorts since September 2017, where the company is recognized as one of the largest resort developers in the United States. In addition to this role, Victor is the Founder and Executive Director of eddukko, a learning solutions consulting group based in Orlando, Florida, active since January 2013. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Learning and Development at the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute from August 2011 to September 2017, and various roles at MiLanguages, including Manager of Learning and Development and Senior Instructional Designer, from October 2008 to August 2011. Victor Arguelles began a career in education as instructional staff with Orange County Public Schools between August 2006 and October 2008. Educational qualifications comprise an Ed.D. in Education, an M.A. in Education, and a BSED in Education, all earned from the University of Central Florida and Central Connecticut State University.
