Silvia Sprinceana possesses extensive experience in account management and business development within the hospitality industry. Since September 2016, Silvia has held the position of Milan Area Account Director at Marriott International. Prior to this, Silvia worked as an Account Director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from January 2009. Between March 2007 and December 2008, Silvia served as Brand Manager at Elmec Romania, and earlier, from December 2003 to March 2007, held the role of Sales Account Manager at Howard Johnson Grand Plaza Hotel. Silvia completed a degree in Commerce and Economics at Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1999 to 2003.
