Mukesh Negi is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef de Partie (CDP) at Club Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited in Pune since November 2018, Mukesh has previously held similar positions at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and ITC Hotels, where responsibilities included managing kitchen operations and leading culinary teams. Mukesh also gained significant experience as a Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP) at Vivanta by Taj Holiday Village. Education includes a diploma in hotel management from the Government Food Science Training Center in Kotdwara, Uttarakhand, completed in 2008.
