Currently serving as the Area Managing Director for Luxury Hotels at Marriott International since March 2022, Moustafa has previously held prominent positions such as Area General Manager of Luxury Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi, and General Manager at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi from July 2011 to February 2020. Earlier roles include Director of Rooms at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Fairmont Nile City Hotel in Cairo, along with various leadership positions at Fairmont Dubai, Shangri-La Dubai, Westin Sydney, and All Seasons Premier Menzies Hotel Sydney.
