Kristen Conry serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Design | Continents at Marriott International since December 2020, leading the architecture and design discipline across multiple regions, including the US & Canada, EMEA, CALA, APEC, and Greater China. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Senior Vice President of Global Design | US & Canada at Gensler, managing a Chicago office of over 200 architects and designers across various industries. Kristen's extensive experience includes significant roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in global product and brand development and design services, and project management at Gibbons, Fortman and Weber, focusing on luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Additionally, Kristen contributed to historic preservation efforts with UNESCO in Bulgaria. Kristen holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and multiple degrees in architecture from the University of Michigan.
