Chef Yashwant Sopne S currently serves as Executive Chef at Sayaji Hotels Ltd since February 2023. Previously, Chef Yashwant held the position of Corporate Executive Chef at Ramani Hospitality from July 2021 to February 2023 and Executive Chef at Marigold Banquets from August 2019 to July 2021, overseeing all food production operations. The culinary career also includes roles such as Chef De Cuisine at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Sous Chef for Indian Cuisine at Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, and various Sous Chef positions at Accor and Chef De Partie roles at JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott. Chef Yashwant began the culinary journey at Citrus Hotels & Resorts as Senior Chef de Partie and has a high school diploma from Reanuk Mahavidyalaya, earned in 1997.
