Andrew Paul Newmark has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for the APEC region at Marriott International since June 2004, Andrew has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on talent planning, career development, and learning activities across Asia Pacific. Andrew Paul's career includes prior positions at Accor and Marriott International, where Andrew managed HR functions for numerous locations and ultimately held the post of Country Director of Human Resources for Australia. Andrew holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and additional qualifications in management and human resources from Oxford Brookes University and TAFE NSW.
