Marou Faiseurs de Chocolat is among the first Bean-to-Bar artisan chocolate maker in Asia. We pride ourselves on striving for “Tasting Good and Doing Good” since 2011. 

It is the dream child of two unusual French men who call Vietnam home: to create from 100% local ingredients the purest dark chocolate, blending a great cacao origin, that of Southern Vietnam with a renowned traditional know how, that of French chocolate makers. To do this we have revisited the old history of cacao in Vietnam: a crop introduced in Indochina in the 19th century, forgotten during the war years and finally rediscovered in the past decade.
