Glenda Mendiola is a seasoned Project Engineer currently at Marotta Controls since January 2023, previously serving as Lead Project Engineer at L3Harris Technologies from April 2018 to January 2023. At L3Harris, Glenda led diverse engineering programs including Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and various contracts, managing project schedules and collaborating with engineering managers to deploy necessary resources. Glenda also developed comprehensive project reviews, managed project-level risks, and utilized Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for performance management. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Systems Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems and various leadership positions at the Communication-Electronics, Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC). Glenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
