Karol Mróz has extensive work experience in the field of technology. Karol started their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer at an unknown company. In 2016, they joined BLACK CORE as a Software Developer, where they worked until December 2018. During their time at BLACK CORE, they also served as the Chief Technology Officer from January 2019 to May 2019. In 2019, they joined Marotino as a Full Stack Engineer, responsible for estimating, designing, testing, programming, and deploying various applications using Java and JavaScript. In February 2020, they were promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer at Marotino, where they currently hold the position.

Karol Mróz completed their Bachelor's degree in Innowacyjna Gospodarka from Uniwersytet Morski w Gdyni between the years 2017 and 2020. Karol later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, starting in 2021 and finishing in 2023.
