Fabio Riccetto has a solid work experience spanning several industries and positions. Fabio started their career as a Trainee at Iberdrola, where they worked on electrical isolation and protection systems. Fabio then moved on to Promon Eletrônica as a Sales Engineer, supporting activities such as quotes, pricing, and commercial proposals.

At Hughes, Fabio held various roles, including Sales Executive, Business Director, and Team Leader of Sales Managers. Fabio was responsible for key accounts and achieved important breakthroughs in the satellite industry.

Fabio also worked at Motorola, where they managed sales to TIM subsidiaries and signed a significant contract to supply Motorola GSM phones in Brazil. Fabio also participated in the CADRE 2000 Plus Leadership Program as a Marketing Manager.

Before joining Marlink as a Sales Director & Country Manager for Brazil, Fabio was at Airbus Defence and Space, where they were responsible for the startup of the Maritime and Enterprise mobile satellite telecom divisions in Brazil. Fabio led regulatory processes and developed a business model to optimize invoicing.

Throughout their career, Fabio consistently achieved double-digit growth in revenues and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Fabio Riccetto has a diverse educational background. In 1989, they started their academic journey at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering. Fabio successfully completed their graduation from this institution in 1993.

After attaining their initial degree, Fabio Riccetto further enhanced their knowledge and skills in the field of Marketing Administration. From 1995 to 1997, they attended the ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, obtaining a master's degree in this discipline.

In order to expand their expertise in corporate governance, Fabio Riccetto enrolled in the IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance in 2011. Here, they pursued executive education and graduated from the program, focusing on the intricacies of corporate governance.
