Emily Kwan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Emily is currently the Director of Sales Operations at MARLI New York, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Emily worked as the Director of Operations, The Americas at Jaeger-LeCoultre from June 2019 to January 2022. Emily also served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Baume & Mercier from August 2016 to May 2019 and as the Assistant Vice President of Sales at L'Oréal from February 2015 to May 2016. Emily has a long history with IWC Schaffhausen North America, where they held various roles, including AVP Sales & Operations, from April 2002 to January 2015. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Blissworld from August 2000 to April 2002, and as a District Customer Service & Training Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from April 1997 to August 2000. Emily's earliest work experience includes the role of Store Manager at Nine West Group from January 1995 to April 1997.
