Diego Couto has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Diego currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Marley Spoon since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the CTO and Co-founder of Amigofono, where they played a pivotal role in developing React Native apps for patients and professionals, as well as a web platform for professionals using Rails and React. Diego also contributed to the REST-based APIs, which were later updated to a GraphQL implementation, and a Node.js service for the chat feature.

Diego also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at HD Interactive Inc. from August 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they helped transition a significant codebase to Node.js and implemented a GraphQL API, resulting in improved performance and faster mobile development.
