Romain Cattet is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt advisory and financial restructuring. Currently a Partner at Marlborough Partners since October 2010, Romain Cattet specializes in the origination and execution of debt advisory mandates for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies. Previously, Romain served as Vice President of Corporate Turnaround and Restructuring at AlixPartners, and as Senior Vice President in Financial Restructuring at Houlihan Lokey. Romain Cattet also held the position of Director at Blenheim Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey, and began the career as a Manager at PwC Transaction Services, following an early role as an Analyst at Arthur Andersen. Romain Cattet earned a Masterā€™s degree in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School between 1996 and 1999.
