Suzi Avens is an accomplished retail professional with over two decades of experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Head of Jaeger at Marks and Spencer since May 2022, Suzi is responsible for driving growth in the Jaeger brand. Previously, as Head of Product at Jaeger, Suzi led various teams focused on design and buying. As a Non Executive Director at Nicola Harding & Co and through Suzi Avens Consulting, Suzi has provided strategic and creative expertise in business strategy, product development, and sustainability initiatives. Suzi co-founded thelittleloop, the UK's first children's clothing rental company, and has held significant roles in prominent companies such as Cath Kidston and Boden, where notable sales growth was achieved. Education includes a BA in Design and Art from Newcastle University and a Foundation degree from Wimbledon School of Art.
