Sam Sibbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Marks and Spencer since November 2001, currently serving as the Senior Head of Product - Customer Engagement. In this role, Sam leads a team of 35 Product Managers and Heads of Product, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving growth through initiatives in loyalty, personalization, banking, and mobile applications.
