Philip Conlon is an experienced retail professional with a comprehensive background in management and leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of Division for Ireland and Head of Region for Northern Ireland at Marks and Spencer since November 2019, Philip previously held roles at Tesco PLC from April 2013 to November 2019 as Store Manager for Tesco Extra. Prior to Tesco, Philip worked at Alliance Boots in various management positions from 2005 to 2013, including General Manager and Regional Manager for Southwest England, overseeing a significant turnover of £300 million across 90 stores. Early career experience included serving as District Manager and Group Store Manager at Lidl Ireland from May 2003 to March 2005. Philip holds a BA (Hons) from Maynooth University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
