Oliver Steeley currently serves as Head of Payments, Bank and Services at Marks and Spencer since August 2021. Previously, Oliver was Vice President of Real-time Payments at Vocalink, a Mastercard company, from April 2018 to August 2021. Oliver founded Spring House Strategy Limited, focusing on independent payments and innovation consulting, and held advisory roles at Thyngs and as a Council Member at GLG. Oliver also held various strategic positions at Visa Europe, including Director of Franchise and Strategic Partnerships, where key contributions included managing significant budgets and facilitating deployment of Apple Pay in Europe. Early career experiences include roles at Mastercard Worldwide, Consult Hyperion, and Abbey National, with a foundation in E-Commerce strategy and strategic consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Strategy from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Spanish from The University of Sheffield.
