Duncan Baldock is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and engineering. Since January 2020, Duncan has served as the Head of Procurement for Marks and Spencer, overseeing logistics and supply chain operations, and has participated in the M&S Future Leader Programme. Additionally, Duncan is a mentor for the 30% Club, supporting future business leaders, and has been a guest lecturer in logistics and supply chain at the University of Sussex since March 2022. Duncan's previous roles include Head of Logistics Procurement at Sainsbury's and leadership positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, gategroup, and Tesco PLC, demonstrating a proven track record in managing significant procurement budgets and driving operational change across global markets. Duncan holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Middle East Politics from SOAS University of London and a BA in Politics from the same institution.
