Crystal Trivedi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Technical Services Manager at Markforged since October 2018. In this role, Crystal manages a team of engineers focused on supporting Markforged devices while also taking on leadership tasks related to customer experience, including quarterly reporting and new product initiatives. Prior to this position, Crystal held roles such as Senior Technical Solutions Engineer and Customer Solutions Technical Engineer, specializing in metal systems and providing worldwide engineering support for the Metal X system. Crystal has also worked at Medtronic as an Associate Test Engineer and held positions in research and development at Liberating Technologies, Inc. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is pursuing a Master’s of Management of Technology at the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering.
