Elsa Granillo Harris MSHR, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at MarketSource Inc. since May 2023, following a substantial tenure at Vanderlande from March 2015 to January 2023, where roles included People Services HR Advisor Lead and Human Resources Manager. With extensive expertise in relationship management, ethical practice, and leadership, Elsa oversaw HR operations in a multi-state environment, directed talent development, and implemented performance management training.
