Straton Fatahose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market system development and agricultural resource management. Currently serving as a Learning Advisor at MarketShare Associates, Straton previously held key roles at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA), where as a Co-Investment Officer, collaboration with Hinga Wunguke teams led to the identification and operationalization of significant partnership opportunities. Prior experience includes positions at Land O'Lakes Venture37 as Intervention Portfolio Manager and District Portfolio Manager, where Straton established relationships with private sector partners, facilitated market-led innovations, and developed a successful private-led extension model benefiting thousands of smallholder producers. Straton has also served as Chairperson of the Joint Action Development Forum, overseeing district development goals and partner coordination.
