Ashleigh Cruze currently serves as the Director at Snohomish Community Food Bank and as a Realtor at Marketplace Sotheby's International Realty, roles held since November 2023 and March 2023, respectively. Previously, Ashleigh worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from June 2022 to March 2023, and directed the Mukilteo Schools Foundation from July 2019 to December 2021. Ashleigh has extensive experience in nonprofit consulting with Charis Roots, focusing on grant writing, fundraising, and event planning from August 2013 to July 2019. Additional roles include Workshop Instructor at Edmonds Heights k12, teaching courses on human rights and leadership, and Grant Officer at The Arc of Snohomish County. Ashleigh holds a Master's degree in Community Development from Northwest University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington.
