Jason Burns has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason has served as the Director of Company Expansion at Marketplace Chaplains since 2017, where they work with organizational leaders to enhance employee care through workplace chaplaincy care programs. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Director of Field Development at Corporate Chaplains Of America from 2014 to 2017. Jason also has experience as a Workforce Consultant at Randstad from 2013 to 2014 and as the Chief Operations Officer at Optimum Staffing from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Jason has held various roles at Employbridge, including Operations Improvement Director, Director of Operations for ProDrivers VIP, and Market Leader, from 2009 to 2013.

Jason Burns received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. Jason then pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Ancient Near Eastern and Biblical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Mid America Seminary from 1990 to 1993. In 1999 to 2000, they obtained an Advanced Spanish Studies Certification in Spanish Language and Literature from ILE in San Jose, Costa Rica.
