Roy Njoka

VP, Partnerships & Financial Services at MarketForce

Roy Njoka is the current Vice President of Partnerships and Financial Services at MarketForce. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Brand Management and Customer Strategy at Kenya Airways, as well as the Head of Customer Value Management (CVM) and Innovation at Telkom Kenya. Roy is also a Co-Founder of digiduka, a start-up company that brings informal retailers in Africa into the digital economy.

Roy Njoka has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strathmore University, a Diploma in Marketing from the International School of Advertising, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Roy also has an IST in Information Systems Technology- Networks from the United States International University - Africa. Roy is certified in Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia and in Vodafone Digital Marketing and Vodafone Way of Marketing from Vodafone. Roy is also a member of The Marketing Society of Kenya.

Their manager is Tesh Mbaabu, Co-Founder & CEO. Roy Njoka works with Beniamino Bruno - COO, Salum Kaporo - Country Manager, Tanzania, and Njeri Ndambia - Head of HR & Administration.
