Ting Hsuan Lai is an experienced professional in product analysis and payment operations, currently serving as a Product Analyst at Kriya since September 2021, following roles as a Senior Payment Operations Associate and Payment Operations Associate. Prior to Kriya, Ting founded the Student Resource Solution to create a platform for student entrepreneurs, and conducted research on Gen Z behavior. Ting's internship at Adiacent China involved managing e-commerce operations and data analysis for WeChat mini-programs, while previous experience as Operations Manager at Collecx2 focused on cross-border communication and efficient resource management. Ting co-founded Avant Student Association, facilitating a student-centered fashion runway event in Shanghai, and began a professional journey with an internship at RU Studio.
