Panganayi Clement Mutsena is currently a Customer Service Champion at ZB Financial Holdings and the Founder of Mutsena Digital Marketing PBC, specializing in digital marketing. Additionally, Panganayi is a full member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe. Previous experience includes a role as a Production Specialist at Flava Frills, focusing on the production and distribution of ice creams, and various positions at Steward Bank, including Customer Service Officer and Chief Teller, where Panganayi significantly improved inbound remittances. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Zimbabwe Open University, a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Digitally Smart, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Marketing Management from the London School of Business Administration.
