Rosalinda Wells has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards management. Rosalinda is currently the Vice President of Compensation and Total Rewards at MarketCast since December 2022. Previously, Rosalinda worked as the Compensation Director at Lytx, Inc. from March 2022 to July 2022, where they developed a standardized salary structure and administered annual merit planning processes. Rosalinda also served as the Compensation & HRIS Director at TriMet from November 2013 to March 2022, where they designed and implemented a company-wide standardized salary administration pay equity model. Before that, Rosalinda was the Compensation Manager at Vestas from June 2010 to June 2012, where they led and administered compensation programs for a global alternative energy company. Rosalinda began their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Standard Insurance Company from February 2008 to June 2010, where they administered various HR programs and co-led workforce planning and competency inventory initiatives.
Rosalinda Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University. Rosalinda also has a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
