Lydia Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Head of SRE at MarketAxess, Lydia has held various pivotal roles, including Site Reliability Engineer and FSI Engineering Leader at Google, EMEA Partner Integrations Lead at Hootsuite, and UKI Public Sector Technical Sales Lead at IBM, along with other significant positions within the IBM Cloud division. Lydia's academic background includes a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, both obtained from the University of Birmingham. Additionally, Lydia contributes to the community as the Chairperson of the Padel Committee at Winchester Raquets and Fitness.
