Jaynie (Jayne) Isbell, MA, is an experienced Insights Analyst and Project Manager at MDC Research since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Memphis, where responsibilities involved revising text for publication, event planning, educational programming, and guest service management. As a Graduate Research Assistant, Jaynie assisted in qualitative research, conducted in-depth interviews, and managed sensitive data. Jaynie's internship at the Refugee Empowerment Program focused on designing research and training related to volunteer motives and cultural humility. Additionally, Jaynie served as an AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associate, supporting summer reading programs for at-risk youth. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The University of Memphis, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Northwest Mississippi Community College.
