Sathi Sivaram has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1995, they began their career as a System Software Developer at ANZ. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Portfolio Manager at Nihilent Technologies and DSQ Software, responsible for delivering complex platform solutions to customers. In 2004, they joined Fujitsu Americas as a Consultant and Client Relationship & Delivery Manager, where they developed and implemented short and long-term customer strategies and managed IT Fortune 500 clients. In 2009, they became a Director and Senior Client Relationship Manager at Syntel Inc., managing premier strategic accounts and enhancing relationships. In 2015, they co-founded Tekdoors, where they developed a recruitment strategy and managed the recruitment process and life-cycle. Sathi also co-founded Markate.com, where they were responsible for product growth, marketing, and sales.

Sathi Sivaram attended Victoria University from 1999 to 2000, studying International Business. From 1990 to 1994, they attended Annamalai University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering. Additionally, they obtained certifications from PMI MassBay Chapter for PMP and from SAFE for Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
