Scott Crouch is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mark43, a company dedicated to providing government agencies with advanced technology to enhance community service. Crouch's leadership is supported by prominent investors such as General Catalyst, Spark Capital, Goldman Sachs, Jeff Bezos, Ashton Kutcher, and General David Petraeus. Prior to this role, Crouch worked as a researcher in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Crouch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Harvard University and a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
