Amanda Goldsmith, Vice President based in the Washington, DC office, is a project controls professional and program advisory leader with over 18 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate development. She has expertise in cost estimating, planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of performance on complex capital programs throughout the development lifecycle. Amanda has a successful track record of delivering a wide range of project types and highly technical capital programs with demanding performance requirements.
Amanda is a Board Member of Women in Construction and a Fitwell Ambassador. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Amanda has completed coursework toward a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Individualized Study degree with concentration in Sustainable Urban Development from George Mason University.
